Teen Fit Academy: EmpowHER is more than just a workout. It is a place where girls can grow stronger, build confidence, and encourage one another in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by a certified trainer, participants will enjoy a variety of workouts, including strength training, HIIT, cardio circuits, functional fitness, and team challenges, while developing healthy habits, resilience, and self confidence that can last a lifetime. Together, we will build strong bodies, strong minds, and even stronger friendships.
