How It Works
Submit Your Request: Complete the form below with all relevant details regarding your marketing needs. Please provide as much information as possible, including event dates, target audience, requested materials, and any other important project details.
Review and Follow-Up: Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the marketing team. We will make every effort to acknowledge receipt of your request within three business days. If additional information is needed, a team member will follow up with you.
Development and Approval: After the initial review, the marketing team will begin developing your requested materials in line with your deadline. You may be included in the review process as needed to ensure the final product aligns with the goals and expectations of the project.
Delivery: Once created, we will contact you for approval and then provide the materials in the appropriate formats needed for distribution or use.
Timeline
Allow a 2-4 week lead time for all requests.

- Internal Requests: WPRD Marketing Request Form (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint)
- External Requests: These will continue to be handled through our standard communications process. Please provide as much detail as possible when completing your request. This can be used for logo requests, sharing your promotional content on our social media, and more.
