The Park Board provides governance and oversight of the Williston Parks and Recreation District through its supervision of the Executive Director. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, the Board establishes district policies, provides financial oversight, and sets the strategic direction of the organization. While the Board is responsible for governance, it delegates the day to day operation and management of the district to the Executive Director to ensure the mission of the district is achieved.
