Williston Chaos Coach Responsibilities:

• Season runs March 16–May 3 for this paid position
• Oversee all team operations throughout the season
• Plan and lead practices, develop players, and guide game strategy
• Mentor staff and cultivate a positive, supportive team culture
• Bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Inspire athletes through coaching, mentorship, and sportsmanship
• Travel as required for games throughout the region

Compensation is based on experience, with per diem included.
