Prenatal Workshop

Join Women’s Coaching Specialist and Prenatal Fitness Trainer Michele Moore for a nurturing and educational Prenatal Wellness Workshop dedicated to supporting your body throughout pregnancy. This session will guide you through the physical changes that occur before birth and provide you with safe, effective ways to maintain strength, stability, and comfort as your baby grows.
You will discover key strategies for building a resilient deep core, supporting your pelvic floor, and reducing common prenatal discomforts such as pelvic pressure, back pain, and postural strain. We’ll also cover movement techniques and breathwork that promote better alignment, improve daily function, and prepare your body for labor and postpartum recovery.
Whether you’re early in your pregnancy or approaching your third trimester, this workshop will empower you with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to stay connected to your body and feel strong from the inside out during every stage of pregnancy.
Note: Women 18+ Only Class
This class is designed specifically for women and includes discussion of sensitive female health topics. To help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children not attend. Nursing infants are welcome. Thank you for your understanding.
