Intro to Ice

All first-time Skaters must complete this level first.

To accommodate more skaters, we are now offering two class times!

Intro To Ice is for children who have never been on the ice, or minimal experience. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of skating. They will begin learning to fall properly, stand on their own, skate, and stop in addition to other skills associated with ice skating. Participants will work both on and off the ice during practices. Helmets (bike to hockey) and skates are required for this program. Skate rentals are available for an additional $20 fee (must be pre-paid during registration), Elbow and knee pads are recommended.

*Equipment required but not provided: Helmet (bike or hockey) and ice skates. Skate rentals available!
